Refund policy
At AFANA COLLECTION, we take per our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers. If you would like to return/exchange your product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery using the following options. Please review the information below.
Due to high demand, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we do allow for returns for store credit or exchanges. Returns will be honored up to 7 days after the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
USA Returns
Standard Return:
If you do not want to use the hassle-free return option, simply select the carrier of your choice. When using this option, we recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return, and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned. If you choose this option, you are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return.
International Returns
At this time we do not offer a pre-paid return option for International Returns. We recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return, and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned. If you choose this option, you are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return.
To start a return, you can contact us at afanaa.collection@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note: We do not provide any pre-paid labels for exchanges. You are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return.
Sale Items:
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Sale items include any orders bought with promo codes, coupon codes, or sales. All orders that have any codes applied will be considered as final sale.
Orders with a promotional code applied either given by our newsletter email, newsletter pop-up, or any of our promotional platforms are considered sale items - any orders using these codes will be valid for only an exchange or store-credit. We will not issue a refund for these items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return, unless the item is being returned due to being damaged, defective or incorrect. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
